CCPA stands for the California Consumer Privacy Act and it provides certain rights to California consumers:

Right to Know & Access

You can demand information on:

  • The kinds of personal data we have on you;
  • How we obtained this data;
  • The purpose for which the data was collected or shared.
  • With whom we may have shared this data.
  • The particular items of personal data that we hold on you.

You can only have two requests within a 12 month period.

Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information with the exception of when data is needed for security, fraud prevention or to fulfill a legal obligation, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Your request must include enough information to verify your identity, which may include your email address, name, and (if applicable) account ID.

If you have an account with us, you can find your account ID on your profile page. As a security measure, we may reject a request if we are unable to confirm your identity.

As per the CCPA, we will reply to your request within 45 days. In case more time is required, we will update you.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You can have an authorized agent make the request on your behalf if you so desire. If so, we may require:

  • A signed authorization from you.
  • Proof of identity for both you and your agent.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this California Privacy Notice periodically. If significant changes occur, we will:

  • Notify you via email (if we have your contact information).
  • Post an updated version on our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
