Search Global respects intellectual property rights and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regulations. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner and you believe that content on Search Global infringes your copyright, you must submit a DMCA notification in writing in the following form:
- The physical or electronic signature of the person having authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- The URL(s) of the work that you claim has been infringed upon, and details of the copyright registered with the relevant authorities.
- The URL(s) or location of the material that you wish to have removed or access restricted, and which should be included in the search query.
- Your contact details, including your full legal name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement of good faith that you are making such use of the material without the permission of you, your agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information furnished therein is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or the authorized agent of the copyright owner.

Counter Notice under the DMCA Filing
You may reply to the owner of the content that you believe was incorrectly identified or posted by mistake through submitting a counter-notice:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The URL of the work that was taken down, and where it can be found previously.
- A statement that you have a belief that the material has been removed in faulty manner or wrongly identified.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- An affidavit that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your state and will accept service of process from the party who reported the DMCA complaint.
We may replace the content that was taken down within 10-14 business days after receiving a proper counter-notice, unless the originating complainant files a lawsuit against the content poster.
Notes
- DMCA requests must be made in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
- Incomplete or incorrect notices may not be processed.
- We may share copies of DMCA notices with the alleged infringer or public databases.
- Repeated copyright violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
